    Why not considering Netmining. The tool is like an Omniture with an interaction layer on top delivered as a webservice.
    You can do chat but also form pushing, call back, digital assistants, white paper, …

    Right interaction, right time. Liveperson is chat at the right time but believe me it’s the mix of interactions that work.
