The first definition has SPV (single page visits/  TOTAL visits, the second SPV / ENTRY visits.  


Bounce Rate = Total Number of Visits Viewing Only One Page / Total Number of Visits

Rb = Bounce rate
Tv = Total number of visits viewing one page only
